Observation. Licensing observed a large number of medical and other care plans. Most care plans appeared complete, except for the following: 1) One child had an Epi Pen on site but did not have an anaphylaxis care plan with the Epi Pen. 2) One child had an anaphylaxis and asthma care plan that had not been reviewed and updated with the parent for a period of one year.
