Observation. LO observed 5 children in care under the age of 48 months. Licensee stated that she had obtained a temporary placement for 1 of the children. When LO returned to the office to check the facility file, it was observed that the temporary placement had expired June 8, 2022 and the Licensee had been informed of this via email on May 12, 2022.

Observation. LO observed that the Licensee was alone on site with the children and had an expired First Aid certificate.

During today's inspection LO LM reviewed the Policy and Procedure manual on site and observed that Active Play and Screen Use policies have not been developed. This issue remains out of compliance.
