    Observation. Licensing Officer observed the following: -In the kitchen, next to the fridge, an unsecured wooden cabinet with glass components, which poses a risk of harm if it were to tip or fall on a child in care. -In the additional playroom and nap room, a window was observed open beyond 4 inches, which may pose a safety risk. A discussion was held with the Manager regarding measures to prevent accidental falls.
