  Observation. Licensing observed care plans in place for some children with prescribed medication. One child with an EpiPen was missing a care plan; however, the relevant information was present in the child’s file and the medication was available on site. A discussion was held regarding compiling the relevant information into a single care plan template and posting it in a location that is visible to staff.

  Observation. LO observed that 5 staff have criminal record check clearance letters that have been issued to other facilities. Manager stated that staff have criminal record checks completed through the Catholic School, however the school did not have clearance letters issued to the child care facility on file.

  Observation. LO did not observe staff immunization status on file. LO observed that one staff had a criminal record check that was not issued to the facility.

  Observation. LO observed that one child had registration information on file that stated he has anaphylaxis allergies and an EpiPen, however a care plan has not been developed.
