  Observation. LO observed that a child's allergy care plan is overdue for an annual review.

  Observation. LO reviewed a sampling of children's records and observed that immunization status was not kept on file for 2 children.

  Observation. LO observed that the manager is working in the program as an ECE. She has received a new ECE certificate which has not been verified.

  Observation. Staff shared that inspections of the outdoor play areas were conducted and recorded once a month. Licensing observed the monthly records. A daily outdoor check was not performed. Additionally, a daily outdoor check log was not maintained. Resources provided.
