All persons over the age of 12 that are ordinarily present on the premises while children are present are of good character and the licensee has obtained a criminal record check for each person. [CCLR Sec 20]
Observation. Reviewed status of criminal record checks with Licensee. Licensee stated she thought she had renewed her criminal record check as well as her husband's. I said I would double check upon my return to the office. Upon return to the office checked and found the following: Licensee's criminal record check is up for renewal January 2028. Licensee's two adult children's criminal record checks are due to expire April 2025 and March 2026. Licensee's husband's criminal record check expired December 2023. There is no up to date criminal record check on file with CCFL
