  Observation. Two children's immunization status were not on file.

  The emergency plan is not practiced at least once each year. [CCLR Sec. 22(2)(c)]

  Observation. Licensing observed that fire drills have been practiced on a monthly basis. However the annual emergency drill have not been practice and recorded. The last emergency drill was 2023.

  Prior to employing staff the manager has met with each person and has obtained the appropriate documentation. [CCLR Sec. 19(1)]

  Observation. One staff did not have a valid criminal record check on file.

  Implementation of the fire drill system is practiced at least once each month, and implementation of the emergency plan is practiced at least once each year. [CCLR Sec. 22(2)(b)(c)]

  Observation. Licensing observed that no fire drill had been conducted for October and no yearly emergency drill had been conducted. When licensing arrived the centre was in the process of conducting a fire drill. Licensing observed children being evacuated in an orderly manner to the gravel field. One staff took the rolling emergency bag. Attendance was taken by names. The group then walked back to the portable.

  All persons over the age of 12 that are ordinarily present on the premises while children are present are of good character and the licensee has obtained a criminal record check for each person. [CCLR Sec 20]

  Observation. One staff had a criminal record clearance letter that expired in April 2022.
