  Observation. Licensing observed an expired Epi-pen for a child with an anaphylactic. During drop-off the Manager had a conversation with the family who agreed to bring a new Epi-pen into the facility.

  Observation. Licensing Officer observed that a drain located near the sand play area was plugged. Standing / pooling rain water was observed.

  Observation. Dirt and dust was observed a the base of the toilets and along the bottom of the tiles in the bathroom. The caulking at the base of the toilets has worn away.

  Observation. During today's inspection a wooden bench was observed broken in half with splintered wood exposed.
