Observation. Upon inspection, Licensing observed several areas of exposed gyprock accessible to children. The Manager explained she is aware of this and has a maintenance plan.

A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. Upon inspection, Licensing observed the following: -Water tank accessible to children in the Group Child Care (30 months- School Age) program. The Manager said there is a lock on the outside of the cupboard to have this inaccessible. -There was an adult umbrella accessible to children in the infant and toddler outdoor play area, posing a safety hazard. This was removed during the inspection.
Corrective action. Please ensure a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times.
