    Observation. 1. Two of the children's nap rooms have electrical outlets at the childrens level with video surveillance equipment plugged into them.The equipment is located directly next to the sleeping cot and can be reached by the child who may be sleeping nearby. (this is a repeat contravention) 2. Sanitization wipes were stored on the counter of the washroom and were accessible to children in care (corrected during inspection)

    Corrective action. 1. All outlets must be secured so that children do not have access 2. Sanitization wipes must be stored out of reach from children as directed on the product label.

    Observation. The following was observed: 1. All of the children's nap rooms have electrical outlets that have video surveillance cameras plugged into them and are accessible to children who may be sleeping in the room. The manager stated that staff supervise children through video surveillance while they are sleeping so this presents a possible hazard. 2. All washrooms were observed to have cleaners stored within reach of children (this is a repeat contravention) and some of the washrooms had diaper cream and sunscreen available at child level. (corrected during inspection)

    Corrective action. 1. Ensure the children do not have access to electrical plugs and outlets or provide direct adult supervision in the nap rooms until the outlets can be secured. 2. Ensure cleaners and creams are stored out of reach of children

    Observation. During the inspection the following was observed: - the wall in one of the classrooms was chipped and dry wall was exposed. - the change mat in one of the toddler classrooms had a large rip in it and the sponge was exposed, making it difficult to clean. - the electrical plugs in two classrooms were not covered with plug coverings.

    Corrective action. Please ensure the facility is in clean and good repair.
