A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Licensing observed an unsecured electrical cord from a light fixture attached to the wall in the nap room, potentially within children's reach, which could pose a risk of entanglement.
Corrective action. The manager ensured that the cord was inaccessible during the inspection.
