- EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. In the outdoor space the following was observed: -On the cement deck adjacent to the entrance the top coating is peeling off. These loose pieces are scattered throughout the space. -There are fence panels that are rotting and becoming loose. There are some boards that have exposed nails.One of the panels on the northwest corner has a gap beneath it that needs to be eliminated. -Some bricks are loose and posing a potential tripping hazard.
Corrective action. The Director stated that the items noted above would be corrected and a plan would be submitted to Licensing within the next two weeks.
