  Observation. Upon arrival, Licensing observed a 13 month old child sleeping on a regular bed with bed cushions used laid along both sides of the child. Child woke naturally almost immediately and operator brought awake child to the group.

  Observation. Operator does not maintain emergency supplies sufficient for total enrollment for a minimum of 72 hours. Licensing reviewed the facility emergency plan during inspection and found the plan lacked current and specific information regarding Family Friends.

  Observation. Reportable incident described in daily log reports that during an outing a child walked away from the husband of Licensee who was providing care as a responsible adult. When child would not comply with his directions, the RA hid behind a tree to see if child would follow.
