  Observation. Licensing observed the attendance record showed arrival times. The departure times were missing several times in October and November 2025.

  Corrective action. Ensure both the arrival and departure times of the child are kept in the daily attendance record.

  Observation. Licensing audited four staff files. Three files did not contain character references.

  Corrective action. Ensure the character references for all employees are obtained.

  Observation. Licensing observed that that last emergency plan was documented September 21, 2020. Manager stated the emergency plan had not been implemented since this date.

  Corrective action. Ensure that each employee practises implementing the emergency plan at least once each year.
