    Observation. Licensing observed the following accessible to children in care: - a tangled hose in the outdoor play space by the bike lane posing a risk of children getting caught when riding close to it. - a crumpled sand cover next to the sandbox posing a tripping hazard.

    Observation. Licensing observed one child had a nut allergy written in their emergency card however the registration form indicated an allergy to milk. Discussion with manager took place to ensure all records are current and reflect the same information.

    The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction.  They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]

    Observation. Licensing observed the following: Paint chipping on the surface of the walls next to the washroom on both sides of the gate and along the window frame of the sleep room and visible accumulated dust and dirt on the window sill. Stains, children's paint residue and dirt on the counters, sinks and soap dispensers in the washroom. I the play area there was sand on the floor. Dirt and stains on the upholstery of a play area chair and rocking chair covers.

    Observation. Licensing Officer observed mop strings on the floor in the activity space, the kitchen gate open, dish soap and insect glue board under the kitchen sink accessible to children, a container with watermelon left on top of the counter, a climbable step stool beside a counter, a yellow felt blanket with a loose ribbon beside a crib, an unraveling black cloth over the nap room door, a loose zip lock bag with a red liquid starting to peel from the window, duct tape starting to peel on top of an outlet.
