  Observation. LO reviewed a sampling of children's records: - Several children's records have conflicting information regarding allergies and the medications provided. Discussion took place to ensure all records are kept current and if changes do occur, to update all children's records (i.e., allergy information posted, emergency consent cards and registration records) - Several children's attendance records are not being captured.

  Observation. Licensing observed two carpets with stains and and visible signs of dirt accessible to children in care and paint peeling from a wall on the outside of the kitchen.
