  Observation. Licensing observed the last emergency drill was conducted in May 2023.

  Corrective action. Ensure each employee practices emergency drill at east once each year.

  Observation. While on site the Licensee stated a child under two watches 30 minutes of screen time during rest time. Plan going forward is no screen time when any child under 24 months is present.

  Corrective action. Ensure no screen time offered to children under 2 years.

• A licensee must ensure that safe drinking water is available to children.

  Observation. On April 9, 2020, lab results dated March 22, 2020 for this facility were received by email. The results show that SAMPLE B is in excess of the Maximum Allowable Concentration (MAC) for the stagnant water and below the MAC for the 2 minute flush. Corrective action plan was requested from Licensee. A plan for corrective action is to be submitted to Licensing by July 16, 2021. Full compliance will not be achieved until the plan has been implemented and completed.

  Corrective action. Ensure that safe drinking water is available to children. Action/s Required by Licensing: Follow Up Inspection to be conducted.
