  Observation. Licensing observed that the CRC was not kept current for the a person over the age of 12 who is ordinarily present on the premises.

  Corrective action. Ensure to obtain a current CRC for the person over the age of 12 who is ordinarily present on the premises.

  Observation. Licensing observed a diapering surface with a cloth cover and blanket on it. Licensee corrected this at the time of inspection and Licensing observed the Licensee remove the blanket and cover and sanitize the wipeable diapering surface.

  Corrective action. Ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
