  Observation. Licensing audited five children's files. One file was missing a medical practitioner name and number.

  Observation. Licensing observed a communication book with no recorded entries since the beginning of January, 2023. Manager stated that all communication with parents regrading minor incidents was done verbally at drop-off and pick-up times.

  Corrective action. Ensure a licensee must keep a record of each of the following: a log of minor accidents, illnesses and unexpected events involving children, that did not require medical attention and were not reportable incidents described in Schedule H.
