  Observation. Staff onsite did not have immediate access to children's care plans, which are housed in the school office, and therefore are unable to ensure that they are following the recommendations. Staff also do not record compliance with the care plans as required.

  Observation. Staff are not keeping a log of minor or unexpected events.

  Fire drills are not practiced at least once each month. [CCLR Sec. 22(2)(b)]

  Observation. Program is not practicing monthly fire drills.
