  A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a) name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number and immunization status.

  Observation. Upon inspection, Licensing observed multiple children's files to be missing immunization status

  Corrective action. The Manager will speak with the families to provide their children's immunization status.

  A licensee must not employ a person in a community care facility unless the licensee or, in the case of a person who is not the manager, the manager has first met with the person and obtained all of the following: (b) character references in respect of the person.

  Observation. Upon inspection, multiple staff files were missing references. The Manager said the references were checked just not recorded

  Corrective action. The Manager will go through the staff files and confirm they were checked and record the necessary information

  A licensee must keep current records of each of the following: (c) a record respecting compliance with section 22 (2) (b) and (c) [emergency training and equipment].

  Observation. Upon inspection, fire drill records were not complete. The Manager explained fire drills are completed each month, but were not recorded.

  Corrective action. Please ensure fire drills are completed and recorded.

  Observation. Children were indicated allergies do not have a care plan that include the course of action recommended by health care professionals for a child requiring additional support.

  Corrective action. Please ensure care plans are available and current.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): disinfectant was stored on the floor of the bathroom accessible to the children, it was moved at time of inspection
