  Observation. Licensing observed one of five child files reviewed had been missing record of the child's Medical Services Plan (MSP) number.

  Corrective action. Ensure to keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a) name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number and immunization status.

  Observation. Licensing observed no record of the Manager's staff file present at the premise; The Manager is present daily to open the centre and provide care until the other staff arrives. Licensing had previously reviewed the Manager's staff file at the Licensee's other location and noted that all required information under section 19(1) was present at that location.

  Corrective action. Ensure to keep in a single place at the community care facility the records referred to in sections 56 to 58.
