• A licensee must keep, for each child requiring extra support, a current care plan showing the following information: the resources to be made available to the child requiring extra support by the licensee, including any modification to the program of activities necessary to enable the child to participate in or benefit from the program.

  Observation. Licensing observed two children files that required a medication care plan. There was a medication recording form in the file, but no instructions for administration or when it is required.

  Corrective action. Ensure licensee has a care plan for each child requiring medication to be administered as needed.
