Observation. The fire extinguisher located in the downstairs play room is expired. Having an expired fire extinguisher will make it ineffective during an emergency. Submit to Licensing by December 24, 2025 evidence of a new fire extinguisher.

Observation. Systems in place to ensure children's file have the required information appear to be ineffective. Licensing observed some children's files that are missing immunization records. This was corrected during the inspection as the parent was present at the time of the inspection.

Observation. The two sofas in the facility are showing significant wear. Corners of the arms are torn and exposed. It was observed that the main room of the facility (downstairs) is very cluttered and unkempt. There appeared to be a lot of paper and various items under the art table, around the sofa and in the corners.
