Submit to Licensing by November 28, 2025, evidence the facility licence has been displayed. The name of the manager is not displayed. The managers name must be displayed to identify the person responsible for the program. Submit to Licensing by November 28, 2025, evidence the manager's name has been displayed in a prominent place.

Observation. One staff person's records were not available to review. Please ensure that all staff records are complete and available for review by a Licensing Officer when requested as per Section 19 and Section 56(b) of the Child Care Licensing Regulation.

Observation. Several children's files were missing information such as immunization status, doctor information, and care card number. One child had no registration information in their file and another was missing page two of their registration form. Please ensure all children's' files are complete as per Section 57 of the Child Care Licensing Regulation. When requested by the Licensing Officer, It was observed there is no policies and procedures manual at the facility. Please ensure that all records, including the facility's policies and procedures are readily available as per as per Section 59 of the Child Care Licensing Regulation.

Observation. It was observed that monthly play space inspections have not been completed as the manager was only aware of daily inspections. Discussed the need for monthly as well as an annual play space inspections. The Licensing Officer will provide information regarding play spaces inspections (Director of Licensing Standard of Practice for Safe Play Space).
