• C3.1 - Does the facility have sufficient employees who possess adequate training and experience to meet the care, supervision, and needs of the children?Non-critical

  Observation. A review of staff records was conducted during the inspection. Many staff files were found to be missing character references. Some staff certificates have not been validated using a system established by the director of the early childhood registry. Submit to licensing evidence of having obtained the missing staff character references, and the system that will be in place to ensure staff records are complete.

• C9.1 - Are there plans and actions in place to ensure medications are stored and administered properly?Non-critical

  Observation. One medication record does not provide information regarding how, when and why the medication is to be administered. Submit to licensing the system that will be in place to ensure medication forms are complete and contain the required information to guide staff in the administered of the medication to the child.

• C2.1 - Are written policies and procedures in place to guide employees in all matters regarding the care and supervision of children?Non-critical

  Observation. Licensing reviewed facility's records and noted that there was no evidence of employee's practicing implementing the fire drill system for the month of August. The emergency plan was not practiced once a year.

  Observation. Upon reviewing four staff records, it was observed that there was no evidence of the educator's certificate verification by the licensee using the system established and maintained by the director of Early Childhood Educator registry.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. It was observed that the diaper changing mat was torn.
