  Observation. The licensee was providing care for her visiting grandchild while caring for the other children. Unable to substantiate this allegation (Section 34) as the licensee denies this and the complainant isn't sure whether the parent of this child was in the facility or not.

• C3.1 - Does the facility have sufficient employees who possess adequate training and experience to meet the care, supervision, and needs of the children?Non-critical

  Observation. Visiting family members who are not ordinarily present and do not have current criminal record checks on file with the facility, are entering and socializing with the licensee while she is caring for children in her program. The licensee confirmed that her guests have been with her in the licensed space. Allegation in reference to Section 20 is thereby substantiated.

  Observation. A child's immunization status was unavailable.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. An ice pack was not provided in a child's lunch pack that contained foods which require refrigeration.
