    Observation. Several children were being placed in high chairs with tables ( low height but restricted). These children were not toddlers or infants and would be more appropriately sat at the table and chairs available. There was a step stool / chair with straps beside the change table in the washroom, it is not appropriate to be strapping children into this chair.
