  Observation. Staff certificates have not been posted or displayed at the facility.

• PHYSICAL, EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHING / Heated WaterNon-critical

  Heated water accessible to children is heated to no more than 49° Celsius. [CCLR Sec. 47]

  Observation. The water temperature used by the children in the children's washroom was measured exceeding 49°C.

• RECORDS AND REPORTING / Care PlansNon-critical

  The licensee does not keep a current care plan for each child requiring extra support. [CCLR Sec. 58(1)]

  Observation. There were three supported children in the program who required care plans; Licensing observed two complete care plans. The staff is in the process of obtaining another care plan.

  The emergency plan is not practiced at least once each year. [CCLR Sec. 22(2)(c)] ; Fire drills are not practiced at least once each month. [CCLR Sec. 22(2)(b)]

  Observation. Staff were unable to locate the fire drill and emergency drill records.
