    Observation. The staff did not seem to have an understanding of constant supervision as they both left the play room on more than one occasion. At one point a child was playing with a highlighter ( lid off), another child had a marker and was drawing on a toy.

    Observation. Licensing observed the following: *Adult-sized scissors were found in the washroom drawer, accessible to children. This was removed from the Licensee during the inspection. *There were no individual paper towels available in the washroom for children. Paper towels were restocked during the inspection. *The diaper-changing mat showed significant wear and tear, with large rips that pose a hygienic concern as it cannot be properly disinfected.
