    Observation. One of the toilet paper holders is broken. Recommend adding a gate to the washroom area to prevent children accessing unnoticed.

    Observation. The padding covering the concrete bases on the poles in the outdoor area is disintegrating and the tape is wearing away. Recommend adding a chime or additional lock to the door accessing the outdoor area as children can reach the levered handle. Recommend adding washed play sand to the sand table rather than the rocky type of dirt sand that is currently there.
