A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Upon inspection the refrigerator was 7 degrees Celsius. The licensee lowered the temperature setting to 4 degrees Celsius during the inspection.
Corrective action. Ensure the refrigerator temperature is between 0 and 4 degrees Celsius.
