    Corrective action. care plan for a child who has anaphylactic allergies not available ,licensee stated an allergy care plan will be in place

    Observation. Immunization status was not obtained for one staff. This is a repeat contravention as this contravention was identified on the last routine inspection.

    Corrective action. Please ensure all staff have a record of their immunization statuses.
