A licensee must: (b) have an emergency plan that sets out procedures to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from any emergency.
Observation. During inspection Licensing noted the fire extinguisher was not serviced annually, however the Licensee recalls having had it serviced recently and will provide documentation as proof.
Corrective action. Please ensure that fire extinguishers are serviced annually.

- EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. Licensing observed a portable swimming pool filled with water in the outdoor play area. Licensee stated that the pool is for family use only and out during summer time. This pool is accessible to children during outdoor play time and poses a health and safety risk.
Corrective action. Please provide a written health and safety plan to ensure children do not have access to the swimming pool.
