Observation. The facility licence, staff ECE certificates, and the manager name are not posted in a prominent area. - Prominently posting information promotes transparency to parents. Submit by June 12th, 2026, evidence of the facility licence, all employed educator certificates and the manager name being posted prominently.

Observation. Two child records noted allergies/sensitivities but no written instruction from the parent on how to identify and manage the potential medical event as per section 57(2)(h)(i)(ii) of the Child Care Licensing Regulation. - Special instruction will support staff in supporting child individual needs safely and consistently. Child attendance reviewed is not an accurate reflective of what program room some of the children are arriving or departing. - Accurate attendance records are vital for ensuring every child is accounted for during emergency and/or during daily transitions. Child records contain photos of the child but is missing additional information information that can be used to readily identify a child in an emergency. - Incomplete child records may increase risk to children in an emergency. Submit by June April 29, 2026, evidence of ensuring child records and attendance are complete and up to date.

Observation. A large wagon/stroller is being stored on the outdoor shelter platform. This was not removed prior to children engaging in outdoor play and presented a risk of injury if a child was to push it off the platform. This was resolved during the inspection. The outdoor perimeter fence has a piece of chain link wire poking out on the bottom. - Sharp wire ends present a risk of injury to children. Submit by June 08, 2026, evidence the fence wire has been removed or repaired.
