Observation. - During the inspection, the Licensing Officer was informed that a new manager had been delegated by the Licensee to manage the licensed program. The effective date of this change was January 27, 2025. Licensing was not notified of this manager change as required. - The name of the new manager was not posted in the facility as required.

Observation. - The Licensing Officer observed a hazardous cleaning product stored under the sink in Classroom #10 that was accessible to the children. *This contravention was noted on the last routine inspection report.

Observation. - Upon review of the children's records, the Licensing Officer observed some records missing required information such as immunization status and emergency contacts other than the parents. *This contravention was noted on the last routine inspection report. Other record keeping systems were reviewed by the Licensing Officer, such as attendance records and the minor incident log, and they appeared satisfactory.

Observation. - Some staff files were missing required documents such as evidence of character reference checks and evidence of relevant training.

Observation. - Some child records were missing information such as emergency contacts other than the parents.

Observation. - A hazardous cleaning product (spray bottle) was found accessible to the children in the program room (Classroom #7). *Resolved during the inspection.
