Observation. The metal gate to the secondary emergency exit leading to Leon Ave was found locked today. The exit has push doors which open to an alcove that has a metal gate. The gate locks from the inside and requires a key to open. Emergency exits must be able to be opened immediately without any additional device required. Immediate attention to this matter is required.
