  Observation. The Licensing Officer found children had access to rabbit feces in the outdoor play area. Keeping hazardous items or substances accessible raises health and safety risks for the children in care. Submit by Oct 30, 2025, how you have addressed the requirement of ensuring children do not have access to hazardous substance.

  Observation. Licensing Officer reviewed staffing files and observed no documentation for the required 20 hours of child development, guidance, health and safety, or nutrition.

  Observation. Licensing Officer observed no records of any fire drills or yearly evacuation drill being practiced.

• C3.1 - Does the facility have sufficient employees who possess adequate training and experience to meet the care, supervision, and needs of the children?Non-critical

  Observation. Licensing Officer reviewed staffing files and found the two staff members working in ratio while on a field trip today, did not have the required CPR certificate.

  Observation. Licensing Officer reviewed children's files and found missing health number and custody agreements were not available. Licensing Officer reviewed the facility's minor log of accidents and unexpected events and found no entries for the past 8 months.
