  Observation. Only the month and year of the most recent emergency plan practice are documented. It is important to identify the exact date a drill is completed for accurate verification and demonstration of compliance. Submit a compliance plan to address this issue on or before March 3, 2026.

  Observation. One child record is missing immunization status. One child record is missing medical practitioner information. All required information must be on file for each child in case of emergency. Submit a compliance plan to address this issue on or before March 3, 2026.

  Observation. One child record indicates a person not permitted access. There is currently no formal records on file and no plan for the employee to follow if the person attempts access. This is required to ensure health and safety of the child.

  Observation. Bottom of staircase does not have a safety gate in place. Making the staircase inaccessible to children is important for their safety. Knives were accessible in a drawer in the kitchen. Knives should be inaccessible to children for safety reasons.

  Observation. Cleaning products were accessible to children in the washroom. The water in the washroom sink exceeded 49 degrees Celsius.

  Observation. There was a white board posted however there was no snack or lunch posted for the parents. Discussed options with the licensee.
