    Observation. Licensing Officer observed a lack of supplies in the first aid kit. This may increase the risk of infection and/or effectively treating common injuries. Submit by May 21, 2025, on how you will ensure the required first aid kit is well-stocked with essentials to protect children's health and safety from injuries. Licensing Officer observed the fenced off dog area has a post which is not secured and leaning into the children's outdoor play area, along with the metal wire fencing attached to it. Submit by May 21, 2025 on how you will address the requirement that the facility is in good repair and free from hazards to prevent injuries and ensure a safe environment for children.

    Observation. Licensing Officer found the daily attendance showed children signed into the school age program who were not present and signed out. It is important to have an up-to-date account of who is in care at any given time in the event of an emergency. This was corrected during inspection.

    Observation. All people residing in the house have expired criminal record checks.

The following requires correction: -Cover over the sandbox. -Broken fence area at the back of the property with nail sticking out. -Restrict access to both sides of the shed or remove hazardous items from behind/beside the shed. -Ensure playground equipment is free from hazards and needed repairs.
