A licensee must: (b) have an emergency plan that sets out procedures to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from any emergency.
Observation. It was noted that the fire extinguisher located inside the classroom was due for inspection September 26, 2024, making it 5 months overdue for inspection, licensing checked two other extinguishers located in the hallway of the school and noted that they have not been inspected either
Corrective action. Manager will ensure extinguisher located in the classroom is serviced to ensure working order
