  Observation. Large playhouse in play yard is showing signs of wear and rot. Walls in the under play area of structure exhibit evidence of mold and water damage developing at the joins of the 2x4 framing.

  Observation. Pea gravel around slide fall zone does not meet minimum requirements of 15cm. Wood chips under monkey bars is compacted and does not meet minimum requirements of 15cm.
