  Observation. Only ECE working in program has expired certificate. Application for renewal has been submitted but not certificate has not yet been renewed by the ECE Registry.

  Observation. Children's images are recorded on a program cell phone. When staff was asked to produce the images, the cell phone was not working and staff reported it to be unreliable.

  Observation. Staff informed Licensing of a water run off/puddle problem. During rain, the rainwater comes down into the playground and collects and stands. Puddle is children boot high and covers almost a quarter of the playground.
