Observation. During the investigation process the occupant confirmed that they had been caring for more than two children at a time, who were unrelated to them by blood or marriage. On the day of inspection one child, who is related to the occupant/tenant, was present. The occupant informed Licensing of the plans to immediately reduce the number of children in care to be in compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act.
