- EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Lysol wipes were stored on the top of the toilet tank cover and accessible to children. The Licensee moved the lysol wipes into the cabinet.

A licensee must keep current records of each of the following: (c) a record respecting compliance with section 22 (2) (b) and (c) [emergency training and equipment].
Observation. The fire drill was not practiced and recorded. The Licensee said that she will conduct a fire drill this week and will practice and record them monthly.
Corrective action. The Licensee will address the contravention.
