  A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): In the outdoor playground, it was observed that there were overgrown blackberry stems that were in children's reach. The Licensee contact trimmed the stems during the inspection.

  A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.

  Observation. The flooring in the Toddler and 3-5 program had visible cracks and is in need of repair.

  Corrective action. Please ensure the facility is in good repair while children are in attendance.

  Observation. During a walk through of the outdoor play area, it was observed that there were raspberry stems with thorns coming through the fence and into the playground. The Manager explained that there is a schedule in place to have the stems removed.
