Observation. Fire drills were not practiced monthly and recorded.
Corrective action. The Manager will practice and record the fire drills monthly. The records will be posted in a prominent place in the facility.

A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (i) a photograph or digital image of the child, and other information that can be used to readily identify the child in an emergency.
Observation. The Manager did not have photos for 3 children.
Corrective action. The Manager will include children's photos in their files.
