A licensee must: (b) have an emergency plan that sets out procedures to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from any emergency.
Observation. Upon inspection, Licensing observed an insufficient amount of water in the emergency supplies
Corrective action. The Manager will add water to the emergency supplies

A licensee must keep, for each child requiring extra support, a current care plan showing the following information: (a) the diagnoses relevant to the child's requirement for extra support, as made by health care professionals.
Observation. No care plan available for a child who requried an epi-pen. An epi-pen had been provided by the parent but Manager was unaware a care plan was required
Corrective action. The Manager will have the family fill out the information for the required care plan
