STAFFING
A licensee must ensure that each employee (b) practices implementing the fire drill system at least once each month.
Observation. Licensing observed that the fire drill for February was not practiced by the staff on site. Discussed the importance of all staff practicing the drill regardless of the staffing levels.
Corrective action. Ensure drills are practiced monthly. Manager noted that they will ensure it is completed this month.
