    Observation. A staff did not understand or follow the licensee’s requirements to ensure all children are supervised and accounted for, and did not appear to understand the consequences of leaving a child unsupervised.

    Corrective action. Contravention has been addressed.

    Observation. Audit of 9 emergency cards that accompany staff outdoors, 4 were missing digital image or photograph; online computer system was unable to be accessed to determine if the missing information is stored online

    Corrective action. Manager will ensure all emergency cards have a digital image or photograph of registered children

    Observation. On day 1 of inspection, staff were unable to produce a care plan as identified as required for a child requiring additional support. On day 2, it was determined that the care plan was not in place

    Corrective action. Manager is following up with obtaining the necessary information form the parent.
